• Minimum charge for a private event is CAD 500 and therefore, the minimum charge will be applied to the booking if the number of confirmed participants decreases.

• 50% Deposit is required to confirm the booking.

• 40 people or more - additional staffing fee of CAD 180 for 3 hours

• Additional hour at a fee of CAD 60 per staff per hour

• Full payment is required 1 week prior to the event.

• No cancellation is accepted less than 1 week of the event date (7 days before the event date) but re-schedule is permitted within a 6-month window.

• If number of participants increases, revised total amount is required to be settled on the day of the event.

• Travel/ Gas (Insurance) fee will be applied at the rate of CAD$ 0.7/ KM from Port Credit (Mississauga) GO Station
